"Just spent a wonderful family Christmas vacation with 13 in the large beach house. Perfect accommodations and wonderful staff throughout the complex. Our family (kids and adults) really enjoyed the tiki bar and the corn hole boards. The food and staff across the street at Coconuts was excellent. Will definitely be staying again."

"If you guys distribute Employee of the Month awards, I nominate Keri for the next one please! We arrived and the room we originally booked was a bit smaller than what I expected for 3 adults and one child. And if you’re a mommy and wife, you know how important space is on vacation sometimes! 🤭 We had the absolute best view in this room but it just wasn’t big enough. I went down the next morning to possibly switch the room to something more accommodating for my family and without question or hesitation, Keri began searching for something for us and just like that, we were switched. The new room she placed us in, I literally breathed a sigh of relief upon entry! It was a separate bedroom from our kids and they both had their own space and bed to sleep on as well. The room also seemed to be an updated one. The remaining 3 days were a breeze and so relaxing after the move! We enjoyed the inside heated pools and lazy river! My 5 year old really enjoyed the lazy river because she could stand up and go around in the water independently without us having to hang on to her every moment! She stayed in there for hours! Loved being able to walk straight from the pools on the property, to the beach if we wanted to. Although Keri was my absolute favorite as she was attentive as well as hilarious 😂, all of the staff were extremely sweet, welcoming and greeting! You didn’t pass not one employee who didn’t speak and greet you. Definitely have repeat customers in us! It was the perfect location away from the cold winter weather we deal with in TN! You looking to book, go ahead! You won’t regret it! Forgot to mention the hot water never runs out. 4 people were able to bathe and shower one after the other all comfortably!"

"The staff is so nice! Nate at beach service was great! There was an older gentleman that checked on us that was super kind and helpful! He gave us his name but I forgot! He has been there 26 years! We love the lazy river. So close to the beach. The water took forever in the room to get hot. There was a clump of string and hair on the shower curtain but as a girly witn long hair, that's so common at my house and it's completely an oversight. It was clean otherwise. The bed was sooo comfy!! We love the "check in on Sunday for two nights and get a third night free" deal. I love the text message for questions and such during stay. It's an older place for sure but looks like they are making some upgrades. Will definitely be back! Oh and the lady at the gift shop is so kind!"
