The owners Amy and Gary are very knowledgeable and make you feel like family. The facility is just the right size and love that you can workout outside if you choose. "My wife and I visited PCB for a few weeks and wanted to make sure we were able to stay in shape while there. We chose CrossFit 30 86 due to its location, but its main selling point is the fact that Amy and Gary are were so friendly! They were extremely well informed and had a good mix of classes throughout the day (early mornings, mornings, afternoon, and evening). Lots of visitors pass through so it was a fun mix of regulars and drop ins. Would recommend to anyone in PCB!"

"This is probably one of most helpful and beneficial gyms in the area. I have been a member for over 2 1/2 years. It has changed me physically as well as my self confidence. Chad Hooper is,Ann extremely knowledgeable and gifted trainer. However he has not been a trainer for several months. With that being said Gary, Amy, Chuck, and Matt are very well trained and talented. You could not do better than Crossfit 3086. You will become addicted and become family."
