Panama City Beach Properties, Inc

"We had been contemplating selling our rental property when it recently became vacant but unsure if this was a good time, what was a good asking price and what upgrades we should consider. I talked to our property manager about a market analysis and was put me in touch with David Howard of Panama City Beach Properties. He responded immediately, inspected the property and advised us that it would sell with no additional upgrades. The asking price he suggested was in line with what we were considering. Within a matter of days it was listed and two days later we had two prospective buyers. The whole process was fast, flawless and the sale was completed within a 30-day escrow. Throughout the process David kept us informed and advised. We couldn’t have asked for anything better. We rate our experience as outstanding and highly recommend David Howard for all of your real estate needs."

"David and his team did a great job selling our property. We don't live in the area, so it was great to have someone who worked directly with our renters regarding showings and was very helpful and respectful. David is very knowledgeable about the real estate in the area, especially the west end. We would recommend his services to both buyers and sellers."

"David was extremely helpful when we wanted to build an addition to our house. Even though he does not do that type of work, he ensured that we got the right builder for the job. He is extremely professional and will go above and beyond to give you exactly what you need in your home buying experience."
